MAYOR OF TEACHOPOLIS.ORG: BOB BRAMUCCI

Bob Bramucci is the Dean of the Open Campus of the Riverside Community College District. The Open Campus serves over 18,000 distance learners per year via online, hybrid, web-enhanced, telecourse and teleweb courses.

Dr. Bramucci has authored telecourse learning for the Mind Expansion University, created Internet instruction for Prentice Hall, and created corporate computer-based training software products used worldwide.

He founded one of 40 worldwide WebCT “Institutes”, traveled as a trainer and consultant for WebCT, and won first prize at the 2000 International WebCT Conference.

A former faculty member, Dr. Bramucci has taught over 80 sections of eleven Psychology classes and over 200 workshops on instructional software and faculty development. He continues to teach online classes for California State University and consults with publishers on distance learning issues.

JOHN SEGUI

John SeGui is currently the Web Developer for the Open Campus department of the Riverside Community College District.

Over the years, John has worked in various Technological capacities, ranging from computer consultant to network support and to his current role of Web Development.

As a student, he was awarded with the honor of being chosen as the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Undergraduate Scholar for Riverside Community College.
